Exness was the Platinum sponsor of the Cyprus Tech Career Fair that took place from November 24 until November 26 at the Cyprus International Fair.
The event was the first of its kind in Cyprus and was organized by IMH under the auspices of the Ministry of Education, Sports, and Youth and the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation, and Digital Policy. The tech-oriented career fair aimed at bridging the gap between tech companies in Cyprus and local talent, essentially connecting young professionals and students with potential tech employers.
The two-day event reportedly welcomed 3000 visitors who had the chance to meet several potential future employers in the tech field in Cyprus and also attend several topic-related speeches and panel discussions. Exness’ own Xenia Panteli, Head of Human Resources in HR CY, was one of the Star Employer Speakers who gave a presentation on “Career Advancement / Career Paths at Exness” on November 24. On November 25, Askhat Urazbaev, Exness Agile Transformation Lead, spoke on the topic of “Managing Software Projects in the 21st Century, while Sofia Tomshevich, Exness HR Business Partner CY, participated in a panel discussion on the topic of “The Limassol Ecosystem – in search of talent” on November 26.
