Two joint projects by Prime Property Group and UHA Global architecture bureau have won two major nominations at the Graphisoft Awards 2021. The awards celebrate the best use of Archicad programs and other Graphisoft technologies in projects around the world.
Skytower took the award for “Best Project of the Year”.
Georgy Dokuchaev, Commercial Director of Prime Property Group: “The complex embodies the majestic rise of the architecture of the future. Its main advantages are large angular balconies overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, a green area with a swimming pool, where the smooth curves of the building descend, and multi-level penthouses, which are crowned with sharp peaks. ”
Eden Roc Residence was named the best BIM project of the year.

“Eden Roc was the first UHA project to use ArchiCad from concept to completion. We have exploited the full potential of the software, including BIMx. Our expertise helps in the design and construction of two other neighboring properties under the Eden Roc brand – Block B and Block C. ”
