Τhe European University Cyprus School of Medicine Graduating Class of 2020 became a part of history yesterday, 18 June.
This has been a unique year with unprecedented circumstances calling for extraordinary measures.
But the European University Cyprus School of Medicine students have proven their great resilience in managing to achieve their goals, undeterred by any hurdles that appeared during this year in particular.
The European University Cyprus School of Medicine is proud and excited to have celebrated the accomplishments of its Class of 2020 in the first ever Virtual Commencement Ceremony.
Professor Elizabeth Johnson, Dean of the School of Medicine said: “In the last few weeks we discovered new ways of learning, we discovered new ways of supporting each other, and now we are discovering new ways of celebrating.”
Class of 2020 is the first class to have graduated from the European University Cyprus School of Medicine with a virtual commencement ceremony, which was an extraordinary event, just as the extraordinary people it was celebrating.
