Ms Erla HallGrimsdottir, a 4th year Medical student at European University Cyprus has been chosen to represent all medical students across Europe in an EU-funded project, CALOHEE.
The project, co-funded by Erasmus+, is designed to develop a multi-dimensional tool that will allow for universal comparison of Bachelor and Master Student Performance across the European Higher Education Community.
Ms Hallgrimsdottir was selected to represent all Medical Students across Europe to participate in the CALOHEE project. The aim of the initiative is to define state-of-the-art reference frameworks for various disciplines, including, Business Administration, Fine Arts, International Relations, Information Engineering and Technology (ICT), and Medicine. Erla’s role will be to define references for Medicine educational programs in Europe.
The initiative targets Bachelor and Master Studies for the purpose: 1) to develop a Qualifications Reference Framework, 2) to develop an Assessment Reference Framework, and 3) to match these frameworks with existing Degree Programs in Europe.
