Notice is hereby given that Independent Oil Tools International (Cyprus) Ltd (the “Company”) has filed an application with the District Court of Limassol on 20/12/2022 for the reduction of its share premium account.
Notice is further given that the case (petition) of the said application has been set on 16/02/2023 at 09:00 a.m. for proof and any creditor wishing to object may file a written objection with the Registrar at the District Court of Limassol at least 5 days prior to said date that the case (petition) is set.
A copy of the application may be given by the Company’s Lawyer to any person who might request such copy.
